Procurement of Laboratory Equipment (EM/G6)
The Islamic Republic of Iran has received financing from the World Bank
toward the cost of the Alborz Integrated Land and Water Management Project, and
it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for
Procurement of Laboratory Equipment (EM/G6). The Mazandaran Regional Water
Company now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Water Quality Field
Sampling, Monitoring and Laboratory Equipment. The delivery/construction period
is 5 months.
Bidding will be conducted through the international competitive bidding
procedures as specified in the World Bank’s
Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits,
(current edition), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the
guidelines.

bidding documents from the NESPAK Company atNo. 9.9, after first crossroad,

a.m.

complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested
bidders on the submission of a written application to NESPAK Company at No. 9.9,
after first crossroad, Dolat Alley, Amir Mazandarani Street, Sari, and upon
payment of a nonrefundable fee of IRR 1,000,000 deposited to NESPAK Company
account No. 1222 in Melli Bank of Iran, Amir Mazandarani Branch, Sari, Iran or
USD 100 to NESPAK Company account No. 111-0002-0 in United Bank limited (Liberty
Market Branch, Lahore Pakistan), Swift Code: UNILPKKA0328..The document will be
sent by courier or can be collected.
All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of at least two (2) percent of bid
price, and be delivered to the address below by 10:00 a.m. on December 22, 2008.
They will be opened at 11:00 a.m. on December 22, 2008, in the presence of
bidders’ representatives, who choose to attend, at the address below. Late bids
will be rejected.
